We offer full refunds and exchanges on all items, except sale items. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-10 hours from our location in Peregian Beach, Queensland 4573 (excluding weekends) via Australia Post. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
