Shipping
Orders are typically shipped via Australia Post within 1-10 hours from our location in Peregian Beach, Queensland 4573 (excluding weekends). Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next business day.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Additionally, international orders cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with further instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
