Lenn Label is designed in the coastal town of Lennox Head, on the east coast of Australia by mum of two, Krystal. Lenn Label was born in 2021 with a strong commitment to environmental and social consciousness, designing and producing authentic clothing for children and mothers with a minimal environmental footprint.

Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-10 hours from our location in Peregian Beach, Queensland 4573 (excluding weekends) via Australia Post. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Returns
We offer full refunds and exchanges on all items, except sale items. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you request a refund.
